PEWTER
The modern pewter used in our items is non-toxic alloy of tin, antimony and copper, tin being the main component at 95 97 % Tin in its pure form is the fourth most precious metal in common use today. Approx. 1 % antimony is added to give the item luster and rest copper to give more strength. All pewter items are lead free.
Part of our pewter items are made of spinned pewter plates and part are casted in either metal and rubber moulds. These pewter items are available in a variety of finishes satin, antique or mirror depending on the production method.
Pewter is bright, attractive and extremely versatile. The highly polished appearance gives its long lasting appeal and does not tarnish or discolour easily. As it is a solid material it is the ideal metal for engraving text of complex designs.
Pewter care:
Wash in a soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and drain excess water immediately. Wipe with a soft cloth until dry to avoid coated stains. Never use a dishwasher or a brush to clean the pewter.
Always store pewter in a dry and clean area. If you live by the sea, clean pewter more frequently as atmospheric salt will dull its luster.
Rinse your pewter items before using for the first time.
Cautions:
Do not heat or cook in pewter, it will cause damage. Do not store beverages or foods in pewter that contain natural acids such as milk, juice, etc., as they may cause staining or pitting in your pewter piece. Do not over clean antique pewter. It is not meant to look like silver.
STAINLESS STEEL
Most of our stainless steel items have been manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 refers to the percentage of chromium and the 10 is the nickel content. Our range contains both satin and mirror finished items.
Some of our items are double walled. The double wall items keep you drink cool or hot.
Stainless Steel care:
Wash in a soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and drain excess water immediately. Wipe with a soft cloth until dry to avoid coated stains.

Flasks:
Rinse the inside with clean water before filling the flasks for the first time. Always empty the flask after use and rinse the inside before refilling. Store it top open. Do not keep alcohol in the flask longer than a period of 3 day. If the flask is leather covered use a funnel for filling to avoid wetting the leather.
D-PRO PROTECTED STAINLESS STEEL FLASKS
A high-tech patent D-PRO Inner-Membrane inside the stainless steel flask to prevent corruption. Due to D-PRO protection the flasks will not leak and you the alcohol can be kept fresh in the flask unless 30 days.
